Now, if you are all ready to build a table saw extension, and then follow the following simple instructions:

Two table saw extensions will allow you to tear up 4 x 8 panels on the small table saw.

Materials Required for table saw extension: Bolts, Washers, Thumb-size screw drivers: 3/16 x 2 ½ (8 screw drivers); 1 x 4 x 8’- (7 no’s); 2 x 4 x 8’ (2 no’s); 40 wood screws, 40 drywell screws x 2 each; 1 straight and clear edge with adjustable clamp

Cut frame pieces in a precise manner and make sure that you do not leave any spaces while cutting the edges, specifically

Cut 4 pieces of wood for making the ends of the table

Cut another 4 pieces and then drill accordingly

Now, cut 8 pieces and make sure that they stand with legs and support

Cut another 8 pieces at a distance of 56cm respectively from the upper surface of the table saw to the floor

Transfer the measurement into 2 x 4 while cutting 2 pieces (of equal length exactly)

When you see, you are ready with the basic structure!
